Warranties and Service

The manufacturer of the hearing aids provides a repair warranty.  It is typically one or two years.  It will be noted on your bill of sale for your records.  If your aid breaks down and needs repairing by the manufacturer, we will send it for you.  If the aid is out of warranty, it can still be repaired.  There is a charge for this but it includes a one-year repair warranty on that particular aid. 

The manufacturer of the hearing aids also provides a one year loss/catastrophic damage coverage.  In case your aid is lost or damaged beyond repair in the first year, the manufacturer will replace it for the cost of a deductible. 

Any aid purchased at TBHC will have a lifetime In-House service guarantee at our office.  This means that we will provide hearing aid cleaning, check-ups, reprogramming and light repairs as possible on hearing aids purchased in our office at no cost to you.  Repeat hearing evaluations are not included under this guarantee.
