From Kerrville: Travel east on IH 10, exit 540 (Highway 46).  Turn left and go over IH 10.  On your right you will pass a Shell station, followed by a Taco Cabana, then a field with a lot of trees that is about a block long.  At the very end of the field will be a street called Norris Lane and a Blockbuster.  You need to turn right on Norris Lane just in front of the Blockbuster.  Please note that the field is heavily wooded and you cannot see Norris Lane very easily.  It creeps up on you. After turning right on Norris Lane come down the street past the Holiday Inn Express and you'll see a small Hill Country style building (photo below) next to the road with a banner reading Texas Sinus Center in the front.  That is us.

From Bulverde: Take Highway 46 west to the "T" in Boerne.  Turn left on Main Street and come down to the first light, which is Bandera Road.  Take a right on Bandera (next to the Wendy’s).  After you turn right get in the left hand lane and continue to the street just past the Blockbuster.  Turn left onto Norris Lane. After turning onto Norris Lane continue past the Holiday Inn Express to the small Hill Country style building (photo below) next to the road with a banner reading Texas Sinus Center in the front.  That is us.
